Read the recipePreheat the oven to 400°F. Toss the broccoli with the olive oil, salt, and pepper on a large sheet pan and spread in an even layer.
Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
Nestle the salmon fillets among the broccoli. Brush generously with the honey-garlic glaze, reserving a little for later.
Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the broccoli is tender with crisp edges.
Brush the salmon with the remaining glaze and scatter with sesame seeds before serving.
Fillets vary in thickness — start checking at the 10-minute mark so thinner pieces don't overcook.
